Delete Your Account
Smart Delivery accounts are created and managed by authorized administrators — users cannot self-register. You can request account deletion through your administrator or our support team.
About Smart Delivery Accounts
The Smart Delivery app does not offer public account registration. Accounts are provisioned by your organization's Smart Delivery administrator when you are authorized to use the service. Likewise, account deletion is processed by an administrator or through our support team.
How to Request Account Deletion
Choose one of the following methods to initiate account deletion:
Option 1 — Through your administrator (recommended)
- Contact your organization's Smart Delivery administrator.
- Request permanent deletion of your Smart Delivery account.
- Your administrator will verify your identity and process the deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request deletion directly by emailing our support team. No app reinstall or login is required.

Include in your message:
- Your full name
- Email address or phone number associated with your account
- Restaurant or organization name
- Statement: "I request permanent deletion of my Smart Delivery account and associated data."
We will process verified requests within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information and login credentials
- Restaurant connection settings linked to your account
- App preferences and notification settings
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token associated with your device
- Integration permissions tied to your user account
What May Be Retained
The following data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required by law or legitimate business needs:
- Order and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance under Saudi Arabian law
- Audit and security logs — retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and legal obligations
- Aggregated or anonymized data — data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics and service improvement
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all connected platforms, integration settings, and push notifications associated with your account. If you have active service agreements with your organization, contact your administrator before requesting deletion.
Request Deletion of Specific Data
You can request deletion of specific data without closing your entire account by emailing support@smartdelivery.sa with details of the data you want removed. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
